Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions offered here constitute the agreement between you and Airport Priority Cars. Booking a taxi and using the service indicates that you have unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions as they are listed in the agreement.

1. Definitions

“Airport Priority Cars” means C&G Cars Limited Trading as Airport Priority Cars.Registered office: 123 Stroud Road, Gloucester, GL1 5AH [email protected]

“You” and “Your” means any individual, company or other business who places the booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 You are required to allocate enough time, when booking for the journey, to allow for check-in times required by your airline and for an delays caused by traffic conditions, Airport Priority Cars will not be responsible for any delay that has been caused by your failure to allocate enough time to reach your destination on time; or if you are not ready to be collected at the allocated time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to order a car of suitable size for all of the travellers and luggage. Airport Priority Cars makes no guarantee to carry an excessive amount of luggage. Please be aware that a child, no matter the age of the child, will be regarded as a single passenger.

2.3 Anyone requiring wheelchair access, or if you need to transport a wheelchair, should request this at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Airport Priority Cars provides a quotation based on information which has been provided by you. If there are any material changes to the stated itinerary, we reserve the right to amend the provided quote.

3.2 Our quote contains a 30 minute waiting period after the stated landing time, and the cost of parking at the airport. Any waiting period in excess of this time will be charged at the standard Airport Priority Cars waiting rate and excess parking accordingly. Airport Priority Cars will endeavour to check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but shall be under no obligation to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive email confirmation of the booking. Please take the time to review this confirmation and ensure that it is 100% correct. If you do not notify Airport Priority Cars promptly, we shall not be responsible for any delays or costs which arise due to this mistake.

3.4 Payment for journeys with us can be made via cash direct to the driver or by credit card/debit card through the office.

4. The Service

4.1 You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the vehicle during the journey. If the vehicle is soiled, damaged or negatively impacted on by the passenger, a charge may be applied to cover cleaning costs.

4.2 You are not permitted to eat, drink or smoke in the car.

4.3 All children in the car should be restrained in a manner that is appropriate to their height, weight and age

For Health and Safety reasons Airport Priority Cars is unable to provide any form of child seat. If you require a child seat for your journey it would be the child’s parent/carers responsibility to provide one, fit the seat in the vehicle and to secure the child. You may request for the seat to be stored by Airport Priority Cars for the return journey, however Airport Priority Cars accepts no liability for this free service.

4.4 Airport Priority Cars will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Airport Priority Cars as soon as possible; 01242 572224. If you do not cancel a vehicle until after it has been dispatched, a charge will be incurred. This charge will be based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.

5.2If you email to cancel a booking, please ensure that you have received confirmation that your booking has been cancelled or a charge may still be incurred.

6. Liability

6.1Whilst Airport Priority Cars will do all we can to ensure you arrive on time at your destination, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays that are beyond our control. There are no circumstances where Airport Priority Cars will be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the unlikely event of an Executive Car not being available for your planned journey, Airport Priority Cars reserves the right to reallocate a Priority Car. The charge would be amended in accordance with the published tariff on our website: www.airportcars.dynamic-dev.co.uk

6.4 Airport Priority Cars shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. If the car breaks down during your journey Airport Priority Cars will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as practicable.

6.5 Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful default or fraudulent misrepresentation, or otherwise in any manner unenforceable by any applicable law.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking, with immediate effect, if any vehicle or driver is placed at risk, whether through abuse, violence or damage, from you or any other passenger. There will be no refunds provided for any journey which has been terminated during the hire.

8. Data Protection

8.1 We take the security and privacy of your data very seriously and have taken all necessary steps to ensure we are compliant with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Airport Priority Cars may subcontract their obligation as stated in this agreement. You will not assign, delegate or transfer any of the obligations or rights you hold, under this agreement.

9.2 This agreement represents the full agreement between Airport Priority Cars and yourself.

9.3 Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer any benefit on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, and no third party shall have the right to enforce any rights under this Agreement except where otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Disputes

10.1 This agreement will be undertaken in accordance with English law with you and Airport Priority Cars agreeing to follow the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with regards to any claim or dispute of matters connected with this agreement.
