We use these as our primary Company choice taxi service and they have never let us down. On my outward journey my driver was taken ill, they had a replacement car at the pickup point at the expected time.
My return trip was equally as well done, once through airport security a quick call and the driver was there waiting as I got out. Clean comfortable cars, well driven and well organised.
We began using Airport Priority Cars about four years ago. A friend recommended them to us. We listened to him, and we are so glad that we did. Their drivers are courteous, prompt, careful, and friendly. They frequently are at the pickup location a good ten minutes before the designated time. Also, we have always enjoyed having interesting conversations with them during the journey. The staff at Airport Priority Cars have been outstanding. Talk about professional customer service!! They have always met our travel requirements, and have always been able to adjust bookings to meet any changes we have made to our schedule. We will continue to rely on them for our travel needs. And we would definitely recommend their services. On a scale from one to ten, they rate a ten in all categories!

We had Andy drive us to our holiday airport run. What a service! Really pleased. Firstly the vehicle we were in (a nice Mercedes 8 seater) was so lovely and clean, very comfortable. Andy was on time for both trips and was really helpful with our luggage.
A point I feel I should mention, as might be important to some people reading this review … (especially nervous passengers) is that he was a totally calm driver, stuck to speed limits and I felt totally safe with him driving. There of course were added pressures for Andy with the problematic airport and flights situation right now, and although our flight coming back to the UK, it was no problem – he just waited for us.
I would definitely use Airport Priority Cars again and would 100% recommend to friends and family alike. Thank you Andy ?
I booked this company to take me to Southampton docks for my cruise holiday and I found the drivers highly professional and polite. I received emails confirmation of both trips and also a text message of who my driver was which made pick up really easy. Thank you, I definitely know who to ring next time I have a holiday
I have used this company last year and this for trips to Heathrow and East Midlands. They have been competitively priced and reliable. The only downside is that they will not supply child seats.
Fantastic professional service, with welcoming and friendly drivers, highly recommened.
